Our terms and conditions are created for the safety of our passengers, employees, others, and equipment. By making your reservation with JLS Exclusive Transportation Inc, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Unless otherwise agreed to in advance and in writing, the following Terms & Conditions apply. Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. JLS Exclusive Transportation Inc. accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Checks or cash may also be accepted subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes. Checks may be required to be received in advance in order to clear prior to date(s) services are rendered. New and one-time clients may be required to present their card for imprinting. Additional ID verification may also be necessary.
Cancellation/No Show Policy: Cancellations/No Show must be made at least 1 hour in advance for In-Town transfers and 24 hours in advance for Out of Town transfers. Management reserves the right to charge a cancellation/no show fee of the full amount of the fare without the advance notice of cancellation. If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office immediately at (407) 460-7511 to avoid the full-charge “no-show” fee.
If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense. Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client. There will be non negotiable charge of $150 for vomiting or any bodily fluids inside the vehicle
Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $250 charge. Any damages caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. You expressly waive any and all notice from JLS Exclusive Transportation Inc. regarding any lost, stolen, damaged or belongings left in our vehicles, or the disposal of same. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle
Drug Use Prohibited: Law prohibits drug use. Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and a charge for the full quoted price and other occurring charges. Suitable Behavior: Please refrain from excessive drinking, be respectful to the chauffeur, refrain from the use of foul language, and unacceptable behavior – it will lead to termination of the transportation. Quoted price and other occurring charges such as any damages to the property of JLS Exclusive Transportation Inc., and its employee’s well being, applicable attorney fees, court expenses, etc. will apply.
No Liability: We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, breakdown, etc. We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.
JLS Exclusive Transportation Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.
